Hear hear!
BAJR has made me realise that I should be doing all I can personally to improve things. I haven't done anything of course, but it has raised my enthusiasm for the possibility of change and general amelioration of conditions and standards. Err, roll on my next lay off maybe...
Hearing other voices has also confirmed my views of what is acceptable and reasonble site practice and educated me on what are basic legal requirements. This has given me more confidence in speaking out on site when things can be improved. Fortunately I am working for a unit which does listen and act on reasonable requests, and hopefully this culture will spread.
