One question... would Prof Jones get into the IFA.. he may have a very good line in cracking the whip (a useful skill for the disciplinary side) however, his publication record is poor - and we certainly don't want anyone in the IFA who would agree with treasure hunting and destruction of sites for entertainment ..
Perhaps he could start off as a PIFA.. and take it from there, after appropriate training in Archaeological Practice.. and a NVQ in both management and Health and safety (for goodness sake, there should be laws against working in spike filled pits)
