Without diverting from the conversation on Pub Dig... which is real terms I quite enjoy... it is kinda warm and cuddly and reminds me of trying to explain stratigraphy in a pub after 4 or 5 pints...

However. ( and thank you Vulpes for your overwhelming support :face-approve: guess as it went to the dogs one has to ask who is responsible? Personally I still think it is a place where people can speak their minds, unless it verges on liable. Unit has often been pulled up, put on probation and banned for (once it was a whole year) However. it is good to be able to work with them.

AS to getting any message about this from Hedge... I can assure them I did not receive anything. and I often get flagged posts, emails etc. and act accordingly. if you have a concern... info@bajr.org for my email.

Back to the thread however. As people have said, it is good to see a prog that is actually quite entertaining. but I also winced at the gratuitious Jugs jokes. note they did not do that when females were present!

PB is however damn good at what he does. .


pps As it happens... the post has been moderated. I have been out in the field so had not seen that one ( got to keep up - but then... I rely on people to help point it out) Hedge was right to comment - but I did not get a message... If I had, it would have been dealt with earlier.

Lets get this straight peeps. and this is a general call.

We like Banter ... banter is good. but there is no need for name calling.
Humour... humour is good ... but it can be misunderstood. even putting a smiley face at the end may still not make it clear that this is a joke.
Debate - debate is good. but side swipes, snide one liners and general diversion is not.

BAJR Fed is not mine... it is yours. You are responsible. You make this place what. So have fun, play bad jokes, talk about things that need to. but do it within the AUP... if you see something that you feel is a breach. then hit the report post triangle under each post on the left. OR better still email me.

nice one, and you do have my support in that I agree with the AUP and always have. I didn't know of/hadn't noticed the report post triangle and will use it in future, although you seem to be uncertain as to it's usefullness - what is it? Press report post and hope, or email, or both? It seems unfortunate that a new member of the forum may have been put off here because the system didn't work. But thanks for clearing the air :face-approve:

Ooh, thanks for asking but (now I've stopped laughing at the idea) I'm really far too busy for such a commitment... And besides I would have banned Unitof1 again by now which wouldn't go down well with his inexplicable fan club.
