Japan - Worries about Archaeological Companies

Professor Takakura's concerns can be very easily dealt with by writing the brief/specification appropriately. If the timescale can't be quantified - don't put in a fixed deadline.

The problem, as expressed by him, appears to be more with the commissioning organisation than with the private sector organisation.
