The point is, we're not talking about individuals here, we're talking about a corporate document. A corporate body cannot be dyslexic, but it can be sloppy. It's up to that body to devise means by which its staff, with any form of disability, produce work of an acceptable standard. In this scase, this may simply mean horses for courses, or getting the good spellers and grammarists (yes I think I just invented that word) to be the proof readers. Rocket science, I think not.
