last Tuesday, day 1 of an evaluation

The land agent didnt turn up to unlock the gate.
The machine was not working and a fitter had to be called out
the planning commitee turned up and stopped work
hit a live water main live (the first time in 26 years)
the curator was off sick so couldnt inpsect the trenches
the engineer didnt turn up to 3.30 so there was not enough time to back fill the trenches as the machine drivers finished at 4.00 ....
