You're probably aware of Altberg, who do nice bomb disposal boots. Unfortunately they're about 160 quid and are made to order, tales about 6 weeks to 2 months. I use non-mag boots from Goliath - they don't retail but you can order on-line from suppliers, from stock, listed on the Goliath website. I think the reference is UP110 or something. They're about 40 quid, and cover the ankle. The Altberg boots are the high leg sort (no not thigh length).
Both manufacturers are googleable.
