Which is why I am willing to see a sensible debate on the subject.

Acceptable use policy for the BAJR forum is as follows...

If asked to justify a certain stance off list... reply to it.. explain and we can go from there... do not ignore direct requests to moderate language.

now... with that out the... it seems unfair to start a debate without Sea Surgeons input.
If you would care to contact me.. BAJR email... then we can see about moving on.

I am sorry many of you are unhappy with this .. but try to understand. Unsubstantiated rants, no matter how cleverly worded, are just another layer of confusion and bigotry that adds to an already complex isssue.

.. Perhaps you would not mind me saying Nigger - or perhaps saying that such and such is a Paki... I hope like me you felt sick to see these words and would say there is never a justification for their use... That is how I feel... we can have serious and worthwhile debates without using inappropriate language... without accusing an entire group of people ... without resorting to unverified heresay..

please remember that.. this is your forum... but their are some unwritten rules.Sad

once again... Sea Surgeon... get in touch... work it out... and rejoin the debate
