he Tikky Graphic features lightfast and waterproof black pigment ink, suitable for artwork and drawings.
The metal-jacketed nib is suitable for use with templates and rulers and Free-ink technology ensures consistent line quality and is regulated for pressure and temperature changes.
We have used Rotring for over 25 years, and this is the best thing I have seen. No more gummed up pen nibs, a good flow, and a smooth glide over drawing film or paper. This will become a classic pen.
I have been using this pen for over 2 weeks now... and I am personally impressed... its that good.. I wish I had it when I was first an illustrator!
Sizes on offer are the .2 .4 .5 .7

Look very good, could be just what I need given my mutinous isographs...few questions...
Is it a disposable? I asume so given the price,
any chance of getting them smaller than 0.2mm?
Is the line width consistent?
is the 0.2 pretty equivalent to a Rotring 0.18?
Is the ink really smudgeproof? Is it the normal Rotring ink?
If the answers are yes, especially on the smudging on permatrace, I'll definitely get a few off of you...

Is it a disposable? I asume so given the price, (YES)
any chance of getting them smaller than 0.2mm? (YES - smallest is .1)
Is the line width consistent? (YES.. have tried them out, and boy, I wish I had these earlier... smooth to use and consistant)
is the 0.2 pretty equivalent to a Rotring 0.18? (YES as near as )
Is the ink really smudgeproof? (YES - in as much as I have tested it... in fact, the previous one was not... I was a bit peeved... this new one I have used and allowed to dry (just like before) for 15 minutes... and then ran my hand over it... ran it under water then rubbed with a sponge... unbelievably.. my old rotring pens with ink failed... this did not!
Is it the normal Rotring ink? (YES seems to be)
The test was on permatrace
After drying I found that some smearing occurred after I licked my fingers and gave it a rough smear with fingers and spounge... but even then it was slight...
I was impressed... both by the smooth feel and the permanence. As ever a drying time is needed.. :face-approve:
