Does this mean we can all put out speculative 'we are hoping to find' press releases in order to justify px funding-requests? }Smile
i'll wager its the result of a journalist scraping the barrel for a topical story but i wonder if it will work
If they can get you asking the wrong questions, they don't have to worry about answers
