London-Brum high speed raillink route published
This development project has a projected build time of a decade, starting in 2017. Potential to keep at least some diggers in work...if there are any left by the time it comes around.

Belhaven is your friend
From a purely selfish point of view, yes, I'm looking forward to that. Not only for the potential work I may get but for a serious alternative to travelling by road. And of course it's certainly a fringe benefit that I'd be able to disrupt the lives of those who voted for this government in the first place. Wink Of course, whether or not I'll still be doing this job in 6 years time is debatable.
