I wonder, do you understand the implications of this ladies captivity?

It is perfectly possible that she may end up losing her life, and as foolish as she may well have been (or not) potential death is hardly a fitting sentence..

The petition may well not secure her release, but if there is the slightest possibility that it might then it is a good thing.

I was in the forces for a numbmer of years so i understand the implications - better than most indeed, having lived through IRA terror campaigns (different i know but some people have zero experience). death is not necessarily a fitting end to a person's foolishness but i still fail to see why i or anyone should sympathise when there are soldiers and civilians (who have little choice in being there) [u]actually</u> being killed.
