done some looking at poking.... ifa have done there bit... bajr has done its... and looks like the situation has been dealt with as best as can be.
Report, evidence, result...... (maybe not all good news, but a fair result)

After a long and fact-fuelled conversation with Mr Hosty, e-mail contact with the IFA and, seemingly endless dialogue with peeps on here.......
I am now convinced that the IFA,BAJR and,Prospect TOGETHER can achieve much of what needs to be achieved.I`m going to apply to join the IFA if they`ll have me.Now don`t puke just yet guys- I really am convinced now that the will, motivation and grunt is in place. Lets do it.

And all this 'cos someone used the old stationery!! Other question how do you discipline someone/thing that has already been kicked out of a scheme? Not letting 'em back in?

RAOs are headed by IFA Members usually-still in the scheme or otherwise-Members can be held to account.If these people had been "accidentally" using the old stationary-how did the director sign 38 contracts without noticing this "oversight".Particularly as his signature lays 7 inches from the IFA RAO kitemark? This is no idle game-seriously, if there are units out there using a validation mark to which they hold no entitlement-we`ve all got problems....

Shall we say there was more than stationary, but the concerns have been raised, the appropriate response conducted and we can now move on. How to disciple a non-RAO? easy.... threat of no more adverts on BAJR and removal from contractor list is one... informing curators, who can (like me) be more vigilant based on what to look out for. etc.
But the aim is not to punish people... it should be to provide alternatives.

Seems to be the case that things are indeed about to take a turn for the better and the simple issue is simply this...you cant fight a campaign with only a third (ish) of your regiment willing to stand up and the other two thirds still in bed with their thumb up their third eye
