Its definately comes under copyright laws.

You can give permission to copy information for a specfic purpose (think photocopying licenses here). This permission would be broken if someone copies the information and uses it for profit.

I'm fairly sure you could then claim for the profits they've made, although i wouldn't have though you'd want to go this far. A "Cease & Desist" notice would be the first step, although your email probably covers this.

(I used to study law for my sins and especially copyright law, although this was a few years ago) Smile
