This project helps businesses to recognise the role of HS&E in their corporate policies, improving performance and morale, and reducing risk.  Participants nminated by their employers will be equipped with an understanding of the legal and practical issues and will review current practice in their workplace.

The project is delivered by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David as part of its Professional Practice Framework and can form a pathway to accredited academic qualifications.  It complements existing accredited training schemes such as CHAS, IEMA and ICOSH by emphasising the corporate, management, and strategic context, and by focusing on the human factor in successful implementation.   Each topic is covered in a course module with structured content, reading and assignments.
