The project is part of the Work Based Learning Programme led by the University of South Wales supported by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government. It provides undergraduate and postgraduate level learning for participants from enterprises in Wales, covering Health and Safety, Environmental Impact, and behavioural safety and human factors.
This project helps businesses to recognise the role of HS&E in their corporate policies, improving performance and morale, and reducing risk. Each topic is covered in a course module with structured content, reading and assignments.
