Wessex Archaeology is now into week two of a ‘Eco-Business Driving’ training with Inmotion!
The Eco-Business Driving scheme is financed through the government’s ‘Local Sustainable Transport Fund’ and will help drivers to lower fuel costs, improve their road safety and reduce the environmental impact of fleet vehicles. The scheme helps enable Wessex to meet their sustainability objectives, and also helps staff drive more efficiently outside of work.
The training is carried out in Sheffield and hope that all the northern region drivers will be trained by the end of the year. Wessex met Inmotion! at last year’s Sheffex business event and they are looking forward to seeing what new schemes are available at this year’s event on 1 December 2014.
