What, you're an SPO on less than 23K? Or did you mean the median point? Maybe you should move on to Northamptonshire, they're offering 31-35K.

Surely the increase in living expenses down their would make us northerners (on less than 23k) better off?
Although ?35K does sounds almost a respectful wage.
They might expect us to actually do some work for that kind of money! :0

Suspect SPOs on that kind of money aren't allowed to get much getting-muddy-shovelling in either? - dangerously close to what we'd call a project manager round here, by all accounts xx(

If you think Northampton is bad......you wouldn't want to visit Southampton!!
I'm with PP, having spent a year and a half on sites at Raunds/Stanwick. Southampton's at least handy for getting the XXXX out of the country? :face-approve:

At the very bottom of the salary range for my job role it appears - again! Ho hum.
