I'm sorry but just had to post the link to this. I didnt know many archaeologists suffer from a disease called 'Hittitus'...

http://www.bible.ca/archeology/bible-arc...t-here.htm

Enjoy and try not to shout too much whilst reading...
Fabulous! I really don't know whether to laugh or cry.
... Good gravy...
Actually I think I am coming down with Edomititus

I like the concept of - the only way to make the periods fit into the Bible is to squish them down.

Sounds like a good method of getting those pesky phases to fit - I am for this! :p
That site gets my blessing.
I searched for Hittitus in this mob http://www.biblearchaeology.org/
but found no result, must be a splinter group
'Whoever digs a pit shall fall therein.' Proverbs 26:27

Beware cartoonists who dig. You had to say proverb and look what happens it just about covers everything although I did not get much past the self materializing pit.
Well done Unit, I'm a changed man after that. I have to say I would choose the snake in his hole any day. Time for anointing with the ritual sour beer?
This mean I can put "Bible trashing Ph. D. Archaeologist" on my CV?

[as well as "Sent by God"]
