Sorry to say that the Online magazine Past Horizons did not make it onto the shortlist for the British Archaeology Awards.

"I don't have an archaeological imagination.."
Well ... have a quick question that people can hopefully answer.

The concept and AHDC funded
"making the LEAP:
linking electronic archives and publications"

has been shortlisted... can anyone work out how you can see these publicly accessible projects? I can only seem to find Internet Archaeology - which is pay per article.... has public money been spent to create an archive that the public has to pay again to look at? By the way... the link to the excellent TASP project website opens a vulnerable entry into Glasgow University computer system... may want to close that Smile

The ICT Strategy Programme link also leads to a dead page.

"I don't have an archaeological imagination.."
Do you have a link to the shortlist, please?
Fault reported to the university, thx for letting us know! [:I]

I am glad to see that the ICT award also has the community archaeology forum... by the CBA as well as the Internet Archaeology published by CBA, they are doing well. :face-approve:

here are the 3 links to the potential winners...

Would you consider any of these to receive a BAJR web award..?
If so.. which one... OR do you have other suggestions
